Kim Burningham - He represents me????

When we were students at Bountiful High School many many years ago, there was a teacher who was known as the most ignorant, arrogant, mean-spirited teacher in the High School.  He was always yelling at and demeaning his students.  His name was Kim Burningham, who is now Chairman of the State School Board.  He certainly does not represent my values... He certainly is not a man with good quality teaching skills.   Yet, he is another UEA man representing Davis County on the State School Board.  How can that be????? Does he represent you?  Tell us about it.
